Returns and exchanges

Made to order items

We’re a very small business so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in any of our made-to-order rugs. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible.

In-stock items

If you would like to return an item and request a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@tartagelatina.com. Once your return has been approved, please send the products back to us within 14 days, in unused, and good condition. Please keep in mind that all shipping costs, duties, and taxes must be paid by the sender, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping costs from the original order.

The above conditions apply only to products in stock. Made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All items purchased with any kind of discount or marked as on sale are final. 

  • Please consider that orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union may incur customs duties or charges, which are not included in shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these expenses.
  • If you refuse the package or are not available for delivery and it is sent back to us, we will deduct from your refund whatever fees result from the item being returned, plus the shipping costs from the original order.
